General

- We will use contact and other information provided to us by you, and do not accept liability for incorrect information. You will need to contact us if you need to make amendments to your advertisement. These amendments must be provided to us in writing.

- If any of your details change, it is not our responsibility to ensure that your advertisement reflects these changes. You will need to inform us of any changes which we will update for you. You should notify us of any changes in writing.

- We will not advertise businesses/companies/persons/websites of a sexually explicit or offensive nature. If the nature of your company/business/website changes within your advertisement term, or we deem it to be inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove it with immediate effect and no monies paid will be refunded.

- If your advertisement package requires you to link back to us and you do not do so within 7 days of your advertisement with us being active, or remove the reciprocal link during your advertisement term, we reserve the right to remove your advertisement with immediate effect and no monies paid will be refunded.

Anytime Money Back Guarantee

If you with to cancel your advertisement subscription with us, we will refund the full monies paid for the remainder of your subscription term. For example, if you have paid for a 12 month subscription and wish to cancel after 7 months, we will refund the money paid by you for the remaining 5 months of your subscription.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your advertisement with us you must notify us in writing. We will remove your advert within 4 working days of your notification.

Refund

If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be calculated on a monthly basis, not a daily one. E.g. if you notify us that you want to cancel your subscription on 5th September, your refund will be calculated based on October onwards.

Payment

All payments must be received in full before your advertisement can be activated and must be made by electronic payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques.

Electronic payments can be made by PayPal to contact@experienceanya.com - PayPal allows you to pay by card.

PayPal Payments

To ensure that you do not get charged a fee when paying or receiving money through PayPal, please follow these steps:

- Always make a Personal transfer and select Personal payment owed. If you select the option to pay for goods or a service, you will be charged a transaction fee

- You can link PayPal to your bank account. When you pay via this link to your bank account, you will not be charged a fee.

- If you link your PayPal account to a credit or debit card and use this to pay, you may be charged a transaction fee (you need to tick the box which states that you will pay the fee).

- When you receive money via PayPal, it is credited to your PayPal account balance. If you transfer money from your PayPal account balance to ours, this is free.
Additionally, if you make an electronic payment, please note that this must be received by us at least 4 working days in advance of the payment due date.

If you do not follow these instructions and as a result a transaction fee is incurred, we will not make your advertisement active until it has been fully paid to us by you.

Any work carried out by Sumantha Dutta or any person representing ANYA may not be used for any other purpose without consent from Sumantha Dutta. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights shall remain the property of Sumantha Dutta and ANYA.

Liability and Indemnification

ANYA is neither an insurer nor a guarantor and disclaims all liability in such capacity. Clients seeking a guarantee against cancellation, loss or damage should obtain appropriate insurance.

Services are conducted on the basis of information, documents and/or samples provided by, or on behalf of, you (The Client) and solely for the benefit of you (The Client). Neither ANYA nor any of its officers, employees, agents or subcontractors shall be liable to ANYA nor any third party for any actions taken or not taken outside the remit of the service supplied nor for any problems arising from unclear, erroneous, incomplete, misleading or false information provided to ANYA.

Miscellaneous

Use of the ANYA’s corporate name or registered marks for advertising purposes is not permitted without Sumantha Dutta’s prior written authorisation.

Upon the booking of any of the services outlined above, you (The Client) are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
