All colours are mixed to suit your hair type & desired colour. Please note that we will be unable to colour your hair, if there are any traces of henna in the hair.**

Skin & Strand test - free

To ensure that you have no allergies we would strongly recommend a skin test - a small amount of colour is applied behind the ear or on the crook of your elbow and left for 48 hours. If you experience redness or itching, this means that you are allergic to permanent colour and you must remove the colour immediately.

We will also perform a strand test on small sample of your hair, to ensure that you have no contra-indicative substances in your hair (e.g. henna) which will react badly to colouring.

If you experience any adverse reactions to the tests you may only be able to opt for semi-permanent or temporary colour.

If you think you may have any traces of henna in your hair, please contact us beforehand.

You will need to come to us for your tests.

 

** If we arrive and suspect that you have traces of henna on your hair we will perform a strand test. If we find traces of henna in your hair as a result, you will be charged for the colouring treatment originally booked as well as for the test. If you are unsure, we would recommend that you ask for a free strand test
