This course is all about refining your communication skills and professionalism to ensure that you can successfully work in the weddings sector - one where your client's will accept no less than the best, and you have one chance to prove yourself.

Working in the weddings sector requires a unique set of skills and we will help you develop them so that you can confidently enter the bridal market. We will cover the entire process and work on your communication skills so that you maintain a high level of professionalism, always stay in control, all whilst making your client feel special.

Simply knowing how to do hair and make-up is not enough to thrive in the weddings sector - no matter how good you are.

The Weddings Sector

We will discuss what it is like working in the weddings sector and you will understand what skills you will need to have in order to successfully undertake bridal bookings.

We will focus on working with brides, and will cover various scenario's so that you are equipped with the skills to tackle even the most demanding bride.

Conducting a Trial

The Trial is your opportunity to showcase your skills and gain your client's trust, and is the crucial part of the process of securing bridal bookings. If your client is not 100% happy, she will go elsewhere.

You will learn in depth how to conduct a Trial, with focus placed on communication skills, how to be assertive, how to stay in control of the session and catering to your bride's needs.

Tailoring your services for weddings

Working with brides is all about making her feel special whilst providing a high quality service at all times. We will talk about ways in which you need to tailor your services and the way you come across as a professional, to secure your place as an established weddings professional.
