Trial & Consultation Booking & Cancellation

I request payment is made in full on the day of the Trial & Consultation itself.

If you need to cancel your Trial & Consultation, then you must inform me at least 7 days before the date of the Trial & Consultation. Failure to give at least 7 days notice will mean that the full amount for the Trial & Consultation is payable.

Bridal Service Booking

A deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. If this is paid more than 7 days before the booking date then it will be 50%. However, if it is paid within 7 days of the booking date it will be 75%. On receipt of the deposit, you will receive confirmation of your booking.

The remainder of the total balance will be due on the booked date upon arrival. This is to avoid any confusion or delay on the day itself.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bridal Services Cancellations

If you need to cancel, you must provide written notice at least 3 weeks prior to the booked date. Failure to provide at least 3 weeks notice will mean that the remainder of the total balance is payable by the booking date.

All payments must be received in full. Cash and cheques made payable to 'Sumantha Dutta' are accepted.
